URAI provides a qualified service of technical assistance and maintenance both hardware and software throughout the country. It is also the only service centre, repair and official calibration for its representatives and the only Italian company able to perform the above activities with original spare parts and according to standard operating procedures issued by the same.
HARDWARE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
Technical assistance can be provided by the customer or at Assago’s own laboratories for Ametek Brookfield viscometers and for ATLAS MTT light and weathering accelerated ageing equipment.
In addition to repair requests and failures or for calibration tasks, URAI offers proactive maintenance contracts scheduled on an annual basis. We remind our customers that any sending of instruments must be authorized in advance by contacting: email@example.com
