throughout the nation.
TECHNICAL HARDWARE ASSISTANCE
Technical assistance is carried out both at URAI’s Milanofiori laboratory as well as at the clients' sites.
Two types of intervention are proposed:
Programmed Maintenance Contracts – URAI proposes a series of programmed maintenance contracts for the verification and control of the functioning of the following equipment:

Xenotest, Suntest, UV Test, Fade-Ometer, Wheather-Ometer ATLAS

On-call intervention – for those clients who require a check-up visit or equipment repair.
TECHNICAL SOFTWARE ASSISTANCE
All equipment that is managed by software is supported by our technicians.
Also for software assistance, interventions are provided at the clients’ premises or at the URAI training rooms.
For those clients who have subscribed to the programmed maintenance contract, telephone assistance is also provided for software.
